TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office

What you will do
- Identify and engage decision-makers at gyms and wellness studios across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
- Lead outbound activity via cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to grow the partner network.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to onboard high-quality wellness providers.
- Manage the onboarding and handover process for new partners to ensure a consistent experience.
- Provide regional market feedback and local insights to help shape the supply strategy.
- Meet and exceed targets for new partner acquisitions.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Experience in startups or new market environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 2 days per week.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
