TL;DR

Key Account Manager (Sales): Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies to ensure retention and growth with an accent on customer relationship management and value delivery. Focus on cross-selling, upselling, and acting as the voice of the customer to drive product evolution.

Location: Anywhere in Belgium (Remote or via hubs in Ghent, Brussels, or Antwerp)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and flagship accounts to drive retention and growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders using a customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and promote adoption of hirify.global's health partner positioning.
  • Analyze consumption reports and conduct business reviews with customers.
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives and renegotiate contracts for profitability.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and influence product evolution.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of over-performance.
  • Experience working with companies of more than 150 employees.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Strong negotiation and lobbying skills to build trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills for creating data-based reports.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Insurance or the benefits industry.
  • Fluency in French.
