Location: Amsterdam (On-site). Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English.

What you will do

  • Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across the Benelux region.
  • Develop and execute multi-threaded account plans targeting C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CISO).
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of Solutions Architects and product specialists to deliver value.
  • Build compelling business cases based on ROI and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Generate a robust pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into large-scale accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales focusing on new logo acquisition.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas of €1M+ and managing multiple large deals.
  • Mastery of value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Complete professional fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles lasting 6–12 months.

Nice to have

  • Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
  • Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in the Benelux region.
  • Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem at scale.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
