Key Account Manager (Home & Decoration)

Key Account Manager (Ecommerce): Managing and growing a portfolio of Home & Decoration brands to ensure optimal stock and pricing with an accent on new account acquisition and relationship development. Focus on negotiating commercial conditions and coordinating internally with supply chain and marketing to maximize performance.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam (3 days on site, 2 days at home)

What you will do

• Identify, engage, and onboard new brand accounts to expand the client portfolio.
• Deepen relationships with existing partners to sustain growth and meet annual budget targets.
• Negotiate commercial and contract conditions to close agreements with brand partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance market positioning.
• Coordinate with internal functions like supply chain, planning, and marketing to optimize sales performance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in French or Dutch, and fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Google Apps and Office Pack (specifically Gsheets and Excel).
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam.
