What you will do
- Shape platform narrative by developing core positioning, value propositions, and differentiation across endpoints, workloads, storage, and security.
- Drive go-to-market launches by partnering with Product and Engineering to create compelling stories for new features and releases.
- Enable sales and partner teams with battlecards, competitive assets, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Bridge product and market by feeding customer feedback into roadmap discussions.
- Fuel demand generation through consistent messaging in campaigns, website, collateral, and partner communications.
- Build scalable messaging frameworks adaptable for technical buyers, business owners, and channel partners.
- Champion clarity as internal product evangelist for all teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience marketing technical platforms to technical and semi-technical buyers
- Strong familiarity with MSPs, IT service providers, or infrastructure software (backup, DR, security, cloud, hosting)
- Demonstrated ability to build adopted positioning, messaging, and enablement assets
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication for explaining complex systems
Nice to have
- Experience with backup, data protection, or MSP channel-led go-to-market
- Familiarity with partner/channel ecosystems and reseller dynamics
- Experience influencing product roadmap with market insights
