What you will do

  • Coordinate GTM launch activities for new and existing products based on established playbooks and leadership direction.
  • Conduct market and audience research using AI tools to synthesize insights, identify trends, and update customer personas.
  • Translate product release notes into customer-facing language and maintain sales pitch decks and enablement materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs and GTM performance via dashboards to assess ROI.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between product, sales, marketing, and events teams to ensure deadline alignment.
  • Manage the GTM asset repository and coordinate pipeline for podcasts, webinars, and event speaking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of business experience with a track record of influencing business outcomes.
  • 2+ years of demand generation experience, ideally within a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper) to content and campaign workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets to drive business decisions.
  • Proven project coordination skills and the ability to manage dependencies across multiple departments.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Airtable, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building or maintaining GTM asset libraries and content repositories.
  • Background in growth-stage marketing environments.
