What you will do
- Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for queries, updates, and feedback.
- Translate technical digital marketing updates into client-friendly communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time project deliverables and prioritize requests based on impact.
- Proactively report progress, monitor timelines using ClickUp, and keep tasks organized.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver insightful reports with recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or related; experience in digital marketing agencies required
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in organizational tools and CRMs like ClickUp, GoHighLevel.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing: web design, SEO, Google Ads.
- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
