Finance Integration Analyst (Aerospace & Defence): Assisting with the financial integration of acquisitions, mergers, and system transitions with an accent on harmonization of financial systems, processes, and controls. Location: Cheltenham, UK. Candidates must be able to work in the UK without restrictions and be prepared to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.

What you will do
- Support end-to-end finance integration during acquisitions, including due diligence and post-close execution.
- Develop and manage integration plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Engineering, and operations to ensure financial data integrity.
- Coordinate P&L performance and design integration solutions for financial systems and applications.
- Manage change processes and drive adoption of new systems through stakeholder engagement and training.
- Identify and mitigate risks while overseeing internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, integration, or consulting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and reporting.
- Ability to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law.
- Ability to travel (10%) during integration, both domestically and internationally.
Nice to have
- CPA or CFA certification.
- Experience with defense and aerospace compliance, specifically ITAR and DFARS.
- Familiarity with government contracting and compliance.
- Proven experience in post-merger integration and organizational design.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and analytics.
