Location: Cheltenham, UK. Candidates must be able to work in the UK without restrictions and be prepared to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end finance integration during acquisitions, including due diligence and post-close execution.
• Develop and manage integration plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Engineering, and operations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Coordinate P&L performance and design integration solutions for financial systems and applications.
• Manage change processes and drive adoption of new systems through stakeholder engagement and training.
• Identify and mitigate risks while overseeing internal controls, compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, integration, or consulting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and reporting.
• Ability to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law.
• Ability to travel (10%) during integration, both domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Experience with defense and aerospace compliance, specifically ITAR and DFARS.
• Familiarity with government contracting and compliance.
• Proven experience in post-merger integration and organizational design.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and analytics.
