Finance Administrator (Finance): Assisting the finance team across all accounting functions for the WCM UK office with an accent on financial reporting and operational partnering. Focus on invoice processing, SAP revenue allocation, and month-end journal preparation.

Location: London, UK. Requires being in the office 4 days a week

What you will do

• Collaborate with the SSC team to input invoices and oversee payment processing.
• Manage accurate revenue allocation using SAP reporting codes.
• Assist the Finance Manager in creating accurate cashflow forecasts.
• Coordinate with the Tax department to maintain updated tax documentation.
• Prepare month-end journals, intercompany reconciliations, and comprehensive management reports.
• Handle tax compliance filings, including VAT and Withholding Tax returns.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for fostering productive professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically using VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and IFERROR.
