Salary: £75,000 – £80,000

What you will do

• Lead efficient month-end close and deliver board-ready reporting with robust reconciliations and audit trails
• Strengthen financial controls, systems, and automation for a scalable finance function
• Act as lead for audit, year-end accounts, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance
• Partner cross-functionally to provide commercial insights and challenge accounting treatments
• Lead and develop the finance team, embedding systems-first culture and AI use

Requirements

• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience
• Proven experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in scaling high-growth environment
• Strong technical skills including SaaS/software revenue recognition and financial controls
• Systems-first mindset with process improvement, automation, and reporting accuracy
• Confident communicator able to challenge stakeholders and translate data into insights
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
