What you will do

  • Lead the execution of the Thailand market strategy, focusing on partnerships, distribution, and growth.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players.
  • Negotiate commercial partnerships and product distribution agreements to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch the platform and iterate for product-market fit.
  • Establish operating processes and reporting structures to support scalable growth.
  • Represent the company with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical and execution-focused mindset for high-intensity environments.
  • Understanding of the Thailand insurance market and regulatory landscape is a plus.
