What you will do

• Lead the execution of the Thailand market strategy, including partnerships, distribution, and growth plans.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships, product distribution agreements, and integration arrangements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch the platform and iterate for product-market fit.
• Establish operating processes, cadence, and reporting structures to support operational performance.
• Represent the group with regulators, insurers, partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record in managing commercial performance and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
• Understanding of the Thailand insurance market and regulatory environment is a plus.
