What you will do

• Lead day-to-day running of influencer campaigns from identification, creative, implementation, to reporting, supporting managers and executives.
• Design and define influencer strategy including objectives, targets, action plan, calendar, and budget.
• Align and collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Nurture client-appropriate talent relationships and lead creative content solutions for stakeholders and clients.
• Provide senior counsel to clients on industry developments, stay updated on cultural trends, and promote influencer offerings through thought leadership and events.
• Lead additional projects like new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive trends; inspire and guide your team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Influence Account Director or similar role with strong understanding of influence strategy and managing large multi-market campaigns.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills to build client relationships and lead influence conversations.
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving, understand client business context, and work with other capabilities for integrated solutions.
