What you will do

  • Run full-cycle enterprise deals end-to-end, from initial inquiry and discovery to security review, negotiation, and closing.
  • Convert organic, product-led interest into revenue by identifying users hitting scale or compliance ceilings.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and legal redlines in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, healthcare, and finance.
  • Maintain technical credibility with VPs of Engineering and IT architects regarding self-hosted deployments, SSO, and data residency.
  • Develop and document the enterprise sales playbook to standardize deal cycles and objection handling.
  • Provide structured market intelligence to the product team to influence the roadmap based on enterprise patterns.

Requirements

  • Experience closing enterprise software deals in the $500K–$1M ACV range independently.
  • Proven ability to sell to technical buyers (Engineering leadership, DevOps, IT) and discuss infrastructure and security.
  • Background working at early-stage companies (Series A or earlier) where sales infrastructure had to be built from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) motions and how to leverage free tiers for enterprise conversion.
  • Comfortable managing long deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders (legal, security, compliance, and IT).
  • Strong writing skills for clear, concise proposals and internal market summaries.
