What you will do
- Own and grow a sales territory, delivering against a strategic plan for the Benelux region.
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and position AI/cloud solutions to address client challenges.
- Demonstrate value through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Lead contract negotiations with C-suite executives and secure deals to meet revenue targets.
- Represent hirify.global AI at regional and industry events and stay updated on market trends.
- Orchestrate the deal team and forecast accurately against ACV/activity targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a clear hunter track record, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure.
- Passion and desire to work in a startup culture, directly impacting company growth.
- Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen, including value mapping, negotiation, multiyear deals, and exec-level storytelling.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Proficiency in Dutch language.
- Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment.
- Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
