TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AI, Cloud): Driving the adoption of AI and cloud solutions across the Benelux marketplace with an accent on strategic client relationship management, uncovering new business opportunities, and leading end-to-end sales processes. Focus on understanding complex business needs, crafting tailored solutions, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Location: Hybrid role, based in the Netherlands, with work from the Amsterdam Office. Travel as needed.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a sales territory, delivering against a strategic plan for the Benelux region.
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and position AI/cloud solutions to address client challenges.
  • Demonstrate value through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Lead contract negotiations with C-suite executives and secure deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Represent hirify.global AI at regional and industry events and stay updated on market trends.
  • Orchestrate the deal team and forecast accurately against ACV/activity targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a clear hunter track record, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure.
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture, directly impacting company growth.
  • Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including value mapping, negotiation, multiyear deals, and exec-level storytelling.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Dutch language.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment.
  • Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
