hirify.global is an incubation firm building technology-led companies in healthcare, cyber, and national security. Savoy Life provides technology-enabled services to coordinate care for seniors, caregivers, and senior living communities to improve outcomes and reduce hospital stays.

What you will do

  • Meet business development targets by prospecting senior living communities and building referral networks via cold calling, in-person visits, and events.
  • Support customer onboarding, launch, and documentation in CRM.
  • Drive patient engagement by obtaining consents from seniors and powers of attorney.
  • Manage partner relationships with executive directors, sales directors, and health directors through business reviews, risk mitigation, and renewal strategies.
  • Develop partnerships with primary care providers, healthcare brokers, and other organizations to support clinical teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of healthcare experience in customer success and sales/growth
  • Experience working with or in senior living facilities and geriatric space
  • Proven record of building relationships and exceeding sales targets
  • Purpose-driven mindset passionate about improving senior living
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, building structure, and adapting to evolving processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
