What you will do
- Identify and pursue leads for potential physician partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Secure contracts by demonstrating the value proposition and managing the enrollment process.
- Develop market-specific strategies based on local intelligence and organizational objectives.
- Establish strategic partnerships with nephrologists, hospital systems, and payers.
- Implement value-based compensation models and educate the physician community on operations.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to create recruitment materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in account management or sales management.
- Deep understanding of Value-Based Care (VBC) models, including ACOs and risk-sharing arrangements.
- Experience communicating with healthcare providers and practice administrators.
- Ability to travel 25-50% for meetings and client interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
