Salary: $162,000 - $243,000 USD

What you will do
- Identify and close business opportunities for biobanking and specialty lab services.
- Develop and enhance client relationships within the pharma, biotech, and CRO sectors.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Support, and Production teams to ensure service delivery.
- Qualify leads and author detailed business proposals.
- Develop project budgets and pricing using internal resources.
- Manage contacts and sales pipelines using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Educational background in life sciences (Bachelor's + 5y, Master's + 2y, or PhD).
- Proven track record of business development in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organizations.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice to have
- Master's or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry.
- 10+ years of related sales experience.
