What you will do

• Manage assigned market segments and accounts to meet individual and hotel sales goals.
• Book short-term meetings and small group opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Research new leads and make direct sales calls to potential clients to generate business.
• Manage internet-based lead platforms and prepare professional proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with Events, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless booking and hand-off.
• Maintain accurate activity and production records in the hotel's sales systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, California.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in sales and hospitality.
• Proficiency in sales systems, internet-based lead platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Completion of a hirify.global Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training.
• One to two years of previous hotel experience.
• Previous experience in sales, front office, events, rooms, or hospitality operations.
