Location: Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City hubs (Hybrid)

Salary: $250,000 – $350,000

What you will do

• Shape the shipping systems and experiences that power fulfillment across the global marketplace.
• Build tools and systems that improve shipping reliability, measured by on-time scan rates and fulfillment standards.
• Design competitive pricing, bundling, and carrier solutions to increase shipping affordability and transparency.
• Develop scalable infrastructure and data systems to balance buyer experience, seller needs, and business economics.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations to deliver both user-facing experiences and underlying logistics platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City hubs.
• Experience building or scaling complex systems that integrate user experience with platform infrastructure.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in defining metrics, running experiments, and leveraging insights.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or multi-sided marketplaces with logistics components.
• Experience working in a logistics or systems-heavy environment.
