What you will do

• Own and evolve the product vision for how businesses discover, evaluate, and book event spaces.
• Optimize the consumer-facing product experience from search through to booking to ensure it is intuitive and personalized.
• Analyze the user funnel to identify drop-off points and build features that drive conversion and engagement.
• Lead AI-powered innovation to streamline the RFP and contracting process and surface better venue recommendations.
• Partner with hirify.globalering, Design, Sales, and RevOps to align priorities and ship high-impact features.
• Define and monitor key KPIs regarding conversion, engagement, supply utilization, and net revenue.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience in product management owning consumer-facing products.
• Background in marketplaces, booking, or travel/hospitality industries.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to perform deep data analysis.
• Experience translating high-level vision into PRDs and shipping tangible features.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered search, recommendation hirify.globals, or personalization systems.
• Experience with RFP and contracting workflows in the events or hospitality space.
