Salary: $155,300 – $258,800 USD

What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization aligned with enterprise goals and customer needs.
- Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization, defining and tracking OKRs focused on outcomes.
- Establish product governance frameworks and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams.
- Coach and develop a team of Product Managers, promoting discovery, experimentation, and accountability.
- Balance innovation, scalability, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8–10+ years of product management experience including leadership of cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in complex, enterprise, or regulated environments with strong technical fluency in cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, data-driven decisions, customer insights, and emerging technologies including AI.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.
- Experience mentoring product teams in high-growth or transformation settings.
