What you will do

• Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, including prescription writing and approval workflows, and order combination logic.
• Ensure end-to-end medication delivery reliability by defining metrics and partnering across pharmacy, clinical, and finance operations.
• Design and ship reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers.
• Define and track critical KPIs including first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates and order failure rates.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflows.
• Measure feature success and develop data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with backend systems and third-party integrations.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong technical fluency, including comfort reading API documentation and writing integration specs.
• Experience shipping fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products (Healthcare or DTC pharmacy preferred).
• Proven track record of owning operational reliability metrics end-to-end.
• Analytical mindset and experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
