Salary: $141,200 – $237,400

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for scalable agent performance systems.
• Translate customer and agent pain points into clear product opportunities and priorities.
• Design and optimize tools and incentive systems to improve agent conversion and engagement.
• Establish product goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and design teams to execute product initiatives.
• Support experimentation and testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and iterate on solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in product-led or marketplace environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive decision-making via data insights.
• Technical fluency to evaluate system trade-offs and product design approaches.
• Familiarity with product discovery techniques and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
