What you will do

  • Develop the market for R&S Test and Measurement products
  • Plan and implement sales activities in the assigned southern Poland region and book of accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to close
  • Act as a technical advisor with product demonstrations and tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Radio Technology, RF & Microwave, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in RF / Test & Measurement / Telecommunications or Semiconductor industries
  • Familiarity with RF equipment (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Polish citizenship is required
  • Customer focus, analytical skills, sales orientation, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Great teamwork and working attitude

Nice to have

  • Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
