Location: Hybrid (Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania)

Salary: From 5,000€ gross / month

What you will do

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy across SEO, paid ads, programmatic, and e-commerce.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Define and optimize KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS to align with business goals.
  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize overall ROI.
  • Plan and execute CRO initiatives, including A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with branding, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated execution.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in guiding and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in building and executing end-to-end global digital marketing strategies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Experience in budget planning, management, and optimization.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and professionally proficient in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania.
