What you will do

• Lead service operations across Field Service, Workshop, and Service Administration.
• Transform reactive "firefighting" into a disciplined, process-driven operating model.
• Define and track KPIs for response time, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize repair and overhaul processes to meet turnaround time targets.
• Partner with Finance to improve billing accuracy and month-end close efficiency.
• Develop ROI-driven business cases for headcount and tooling investments.

Requirements

• 7+ years in operations or service operations management.
• Proven track record of transforming reactive operations into structured environments.
• Experience managing geographically distributed service teams.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L impact and ROI analysis.
• Background in industrial equipment or vacuum technology is a strong advantage.
