TL;DR

Coordinator, Civil Rights Hub: Provide organization, research, and advanced administrative support to the Civil Rights Hub partnering with local elected and government officials across the United States with an accent on project coordination, data management, and operations. Focus on managing workstreams, tracking legislative efforts, and supporting legal/advocacy portfolios via tools like Asana, Salesforce, and SharePoint.

Location: Fully remote (across the United States). This role may require travel a few times a year to PRP events, case hearings, or meetings.

Salary: $74,630 - $100,970 (based on years of experience; no negotiations).

What you will do

  • Coordinate internal strategy meetings, prepare agendas, and manage CRH workstreams, projects, timelines, and follow-ups across remote teams.
  • Manage programs and tasks using Asana, SharePoint, and other tools; track legislative orders, ordinances, and conduct research.
  • Handle administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, onboarding, and data/metrics auditing in Salesforce.
  • Update Salesforce records, perform audits, and manage SharePoint site for document retention.
  • Support communications using Campaign Monitor, track grant milestones, contribute to reports and proposals, and lead outreach/research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years administrative experience (or 3+ years related experience).
  • Demonstrated project management experience tracking timelines and multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce, Asana, Campaign Monitor, and document management software.
  • Experience supporting cross-team projects; strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work occasional nights/weekends; adaptability in fast-paced remote environment.
