What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and managers on people matters across the business.
- Coach managers to lead high-performing teams with clarity, accountability, and empathy.
- Build practical frameworks and tools to improve manager effectiveness and performance development.
- Own and manage sponsorship license processes and visa administration.
- Ensure people policies and documentation are compliant and scalable in the UK and Netherlands.
- Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking, review cycles, and reward frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PBP or HRBP roles, ideally within fast-growing tech or scaling environments.
- Strong track record of coaching leaders through a broad range of people matters.
- Knowledge of Netherlands employment law (preferred) and UK employment law (beneficial).
- Experience leading performance management processes to build high-performing teams.
- Operational mindset with the ability to bring structure and pace to a growing business.
- Must be based in the London or Amsterdam office.
