What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders and managers on people matters across the business.
  • Coach managers to lead high-performing teams with clarity, accountability, and empathy.
  • Build practical frameworks and tools to improve manager effectiveness and performance development.
  • Own and manage sponsorship license processes and visa administration.
  • Ensure people policies and documentation are compliant and scalable in the UK and Netherlands.
  • Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking, review cycles, and reward frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PBP or HRBP roles, ideally within fast-growing tech or scaling environments.
  • Strong track record of coaching leaders through a broad range of people matters.
  • Knowledge of Netherlands employment law (preferred) and UK employment law (beneficial).
  • Experience leading performance management processes to build high-performing teams.
  • Operational mindset with the ability to bring structure and pace to a growing business.
  • Must be based in the London or Amsterdam office.
