Senior Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases, aligning them with the platform’s technical and business value.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concepts, and secure technical wins with enterprise customers.
• Advise customers throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience and drive adoption of the hirify.global One platform.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews, provide reports and insights, and support long-term account health and expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an information security practitioner or solution consultant, including pre-sales experience.
• Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM, plus public cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Customer Success experience.
• CISSP or another relevant industry qualification.
