Senior Solutions Engineer (DX)

Location: Remote, with listed locations in New York, Austin, and Washington DC, United States. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Base pay: $139,506–$182,132 in Zone C, $151,271–$197,493 in Zone B, or $168,079–$219,437 in Zone A, depending on location. Additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Lead the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles in partnership with Account Executives.
• Run proof-of-concepts, pilots, technical evaluations, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct discovery sessions covering engineering workflows, branching strategies, deployment processes, and existing tooling.
• Design API-based solutions tailored to complex client workflows and evaluation criteria.
• Advise prospects on deployment methodologies and analytics integrations.
• Synthesize prospect feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on product enhancements and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-stakes client discussions and technical product demonstrations.
• Programming exposure, preferably Ruby/Rails, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and consultative problem-solving skills.
