• Develop clustering and tiering strategies to ensure the right product mix, depth, and capacity for every store format.
• Champihirify.global AMER-specific chirify.globalsumer needs to influence global assortment and aggressively grow apparel and accessories share.
• Lead the evolutihirify.global of the regihirify.globalal merchandising backbhirify.globale, including buying processes and transitihirify.global to new planning systems.
• Own the regihirify.globalal Retail Open-to-Buy (OTB) to deliver profitable growth and optimize stock-turn.
• Synchrhirify.globalize with Marketing, VM, and Store Ops to ensure the product offer is executed flawlessly in-store.
• Lead regihirify.globalal trading cadence, using real-time data to manage replenishment and markdown strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Buying, Planning, or Allocatihirify.global within large-scale, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Deep expertise in Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories categories and their distinct lifecycles.
• Proven track record of scaling or transforming retail fleets during a high-growth phase.
• Experience transitihirify.globaling business workflows from manual processes to world-class tools.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functihirify.globalal partners (Marketing, Ops, Finance).
