What you will do

  • Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Resolve customer issues to ensure continued relationships and prevent churn.
  • Communicate value propositions, suggest growth solutions, and negotiate pricing based on customer requirements.
  • Generate and follow up on software renewal quotes.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve the overall experience.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and a results-oriented, customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of subscription models, Perpetual Support, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
  • Previous experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
