Salary: $100,000 – $175,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish the Product Marketing foundation, including positioning frameworks, GTM processes, and launch playbooks.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights from Research and Analytics teams into clear product opportunities.
• Influence product roadmap decisions and define compelling positioning for new and existing features.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy, translating capabilities into value propositions and cross-functional channel plans.
• Define and analyze success metrics for launches, such as adoption, engagement, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related role.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments and build processes from scratch.
• Expertise in turning customer and market insights into clear positioning and messaging.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive alignment between Product and Marketing teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
