Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year TPO strategy and roadmap in partnership with GM of TPO, focusing on onboarding third-party originators in wholesale and correspondent channels.
• Lead development of TPO lending ecosystem including partner portals, API integrations with external broker tech stacks, and seamless partner experiences.
• Design and launch high-conversion self-service TPO broker portal aligned with retail HELOC strategies and competitive landscape.
• Integrate real-time automated underwriting, decisioning, and risk-appropriate pricing into TPO workflows.
• Optimize channel metrics like partner onboarding speed, pull-through rates, and loan volume by identifying and resolving friction points.
• Act as cross-functional leader bridging Engineering, Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting & Ops, Risk, and Compliance; cultivate external partnerships with LOS/POS vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with proven track record in Mortgage TPO, Fintech, or Lending platforms; built and scaled complex B2B/partner-facing applications
• Deep domain expertise in TPO industry, wholesale vs. correspondent channels, mortgage origination workflows, and lien products like HELOC/HELOAN
• Technical experience with API-first development, mortgage LOS integrations, and automated decisioning/rules engines
• Data-driven mindset to leverage analytics for optimizations, quantitative tests, and executive reporting
• Self-starter execution in high-growth environments with exceptional communication to simplify complex technical/regulatory constraints
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
