Senior Product Manager - Consumer Signing Experience (Fintech)

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental US or onsite at corporate location in Utah

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product roadmap through stakeholder meetings with retailers and consumers.
• Lead customer signing experience strategy including user journey discovery, data analysis, requirement definition, and compliance alignment.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product functionality.
• Establish iterative release schedules and manage stakeholder expectations on timelines and progress.
• Analyze product performance and execute A/B testing, prototype testing, and behavioral analysis to improve conversion and comprehension.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Engineering to meet regulatory standards while optimizing user experience.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in software Product Management
• Experience owning customer-facing web or mobile experiences with conversion metrics
• Experience in regulated industries like FinTech, payments, lending, or BNPL
• Strong data skills for KPIs, funnel metrics, and decision-making
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across engineering, design, and leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; comfortable with AI tools

• Experience leading platform migrations or vendor transitions
