Compensation: $275,000 (at plan), including $110,000 base salary

What you will do

• Directly manage and lead EMS Territory Managers within the specified region.
• Drive the region to exceed sales quotas for hardware and disposable products.
• Hire, educate, retain, and promote high-performing sales talent.
• Spend an average of three days per week in the field providing coaching and reinforcement.
• Communicate and monitor the implementation of the EMS Strategic Plan.
• Analyze and report on market trends within the region.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in sales and/or sales management.
• Must reside within the assigned territory (ideal: Kansas City, MO, St Louis, MO, or Chicago, IL).
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and strategic planning.
