Salary: $147,000 – $169,000

What you will do

• Own and execute high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
• Drive pricing and packaging decisions by combining market context with data-driven analysis.
• Conduct strategic analyses including TAM sizing, competitive landscape, and growth driver identification.
• Improve core business processes, including planning cycles, OKRs, and internal workflow automation.
• Operate as a generalist, bringing structure to new and ambiguous problem spaces.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Strong structured and hypothesis-driven problem solving leveraging data.
• Excellent cross-functional program leadership and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Clear and concise executive communication, including slide craft and narrative building.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for hybrid office attendance.

• Experience with B2B SaaS.

• Familiarity with SQL.
• A mix of professional services and operating role experience.
