Salary: $180K – $220K + Equity

What you will do
- Design and continuously refine sales territories to align with company priorities and growth goals.
- Own the bi-weekly territory carve process, including account allocation and data accuracy across systems.
- Analyze territory performance and develop data-driven frameworks for account prioritization.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and leadership to align on territory decisions.
- Communicate territory changes clearly and thoughtfully in high-impact or sensitive situations.
- Drive improvements to territory planning processes to increase scalability and transparency.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, or business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building models and working with large datasets.
- Proven ability to execute complex operational processes with high attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing senior executives.
- High level of judgment and discretion when managing changes impacting sales teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- SQL experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with territory planning, account segmentation, or quota design.
- Previous startup or high-growth operational experience.
