TL;DR

Focus on designing scalable territory carve processes, analyzing performance insights, and managing high-impact stakeholder communication.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $180K – $220K + Equity

What you will do

  • Design and continuously refine sales territories to align with company priorities and growth goals.
  • Own the bi-weekly territory carve process, including account allocation and data accuracy across systems.
  • Analyze territory performance and develop data-driven frameworks for account prioritization.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and leadership to align on territory decisions.
  • Communicate territory changes clearly and thoughtfully in high-impact or sensitive situations.
  • Drive improvements to territory planning processes to increase scalability and transparency.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building models and working with large datasets.
  • Proven ability to execute complex operational processes with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing senior executives.
  • High level of judgment and discretion when managing changes impacting sales teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • SQL experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with territory planning, account segmentation, or quota design.
  • Previous startup or high-growth operational experience.
