Salary: 260,000–350,000 USD base + commission (50/50 split)

What you will do
- Lead a team of Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, and Systems Engineers to drive business growth in assigned Southern U.S. geography.
- Develop territory plans, assign quotas, build sales pipelines, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual achievements.
- Apply tactical and strategic go-to-market models to expand customer base, increase revenues, and improve retention.
- Represent Extreme at customer forums and executive briefings, focusing on value-based selling.
- Manage customer satisfaction, escalations, budgets, and staff development including succession planning.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (US work authorization implied by benefits and location).
- BA/BS degree (MBA preferred); minimum 10+ years managing regional sales teams for major accounts in networking.
- Strong SLED (State, Local, Education) background; enterprise network sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills; ability to engage executives and uncover business motivators.
- Business acumen for positioning networking solutions with quantifiable results.
