• Proven experience in senior-level recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing and screening methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage complex candidate and client relationships.
• Proficiency in using and optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
