Sales Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central): Driving client success and business growth by delivering high-impact ERP solutions for manufacturing, distribution, and professional services with an accent on solution design and pre-sales engagement. Focus on translating complex business needs into functional, value-driven solutions and delivering high-impact product demonstrations.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S. All North American new hires are onboarded in person at the Tampa office.

What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions and design tailored Business Central solutions for clients.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on product demonstrations showcasing business value and ROI.
- Translate business needs into functional, value-driven designs with minimal customization.
- Facilitate workshops and user training for clients transitioning from legacy systems to cloud environments.
- Collaborate with internal experts across Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot to build comprehensive solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of delivery methodologies and industry-specific solution templates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or functional consulting within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Deep technical fluency in Business Central and related Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience supporting clients in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services industries.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
