Location: Remote (US) or hybrid in Raleigh, NC or Draper, UT

Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 base + commission

What you will do

  • Lead complex customer engagements and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) with detailed execution plans.
  • Translate complex construction workflows, such as BIM collaboration and project delivery, into secure hirify.global-based solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for AEC clients, identifying and solving technical roadblocks related to large file handling and site-to-office synchronization.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and solution proposals to both technical (CIO/CTO) and non-technical (LOB) audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share industry insights and shape the product roadmap.
  • Lead the technical response for RFIs and RFPs.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, IT, or AEC industry technology.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Technical familiarity with AEC tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore, or ACC.
  • Strong experience in consultative, process-centric value-selling.
  • Broad knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure, networking, authentication (SSO/AD), and data governance.
  • Ability to deliver executive-level pitches and handle real-time objections with confidence.
