What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, technical assessments, and closing candidates.
• Develop and optimize sourcing strategies and timelines to meet evolving hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define business requirements and effective recruitment strategies.
• Administer pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles in support of business development.
• Maintain the ATS and ensure full compliance with EEO guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare IT or federal contracts.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• Proficiency with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience working within staffing agencies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations such as DOL, OFCCP, EEO, and ADA.
