Salary: $101,000–$127,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare and update project budgets, baselines, and long-term expenditure plans for electrical substation projects.
• Analyze financial data from SAP, SharePoint, and Excel to generate accurate forecast reports.
• Conduct cost and risk assessments, providing variance explanations for scope, material, and schedule changes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review project scope, timelines, and actuals versus budgets.
• Present monthly financial summaries for a portfolio of over 50 projects to leadership.
• Update change management tools based on impact analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, data science, or business (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in cost controls or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, intermediate Excel skills, and basic knowledge of MS Access.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python programming.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration in Pomona, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in utility construction.
• Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and predictive analytics.
