Full-cycle Recruiter (GTM & G&A, B2B SaaS): Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact GTM and G&A roles with an accent on building targeted pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and using data to guide decisions. Location: Fully remote (U.S. only)

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM and G&A roles, from intake through closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, must-haves, and interview plans.
  • Build and maintain outbound and inbound pipelines for core GTM roles.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate experiences with timely updates.
  • Refine scorecards and interview loops to improve hiring signal and speed.
  • Communicate search updates, risks, and tradeoffs to leaders.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (including sourcing passive candidates) for GTM and/or G&A roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven outbound sourcing in competitive markets
  • Leverage AI and automation for sourcing, screening, and communication
  • Strong hiring manager partnership, intake, and expectation-setting
  • Data-driven approach using funnel and pipeline metrics
  • Manage multiple searches while staying organized
  • Clear, concise communication

Nice to have

  • Prior MarTech or MarTech-adjacent GTM recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting technical roles or software engineers at B2B SaaS or high-growth startups
  • Experience with Ashby
  • Partnering with metrics-driven Sales or GTM leadership
  • Contributing to recruiting process improvements
