What you will do

• Lead technical sales activities and serve as a trusted advisor for new and existing enterprise accounts.
• Design network monitoring and visibility architectures tailored for top-tier enterprise customers.
• Deliver in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners.
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer proof of concepts (PoCs) and product evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to drive solution adoption and regional technical strategy.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on technology and competitive trends to internal teams and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–7 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer within networking, security, or cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with networking platforms, virtualization, cloud, and containerization technologies.
• Must be based in Chile.
• English proficiency for technical and business communication (emails, calls, documentation) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IPS, WAF, NDR, NPM, APM, and SIEM.
• Industry certifications including CISSP, Cisco CCIE, Cisco CCNP, PMP, CISM, AWS, or Azure.
