What you will do

• Own and maintain the 3-statement corporate operating model, including annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
• Drive the KPI framework by building cohort models and tracking retention, LTV, payback, and margins.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages for the executive team, board, and investors.
• Partner with department heads to manage G&A and headcount cost forecasting and optimization.
• Support high-impact strategic initiatives such as capital raises and M&A.
• Leverage AI and planning software to automate finance systems and improve decision speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance at a high-growth company.
• Professional background in investment banking, consulting, or M&A transaction services.
• Demonstrated experience building 3-statement corporate financial models from the ground up.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with strong accounting fundamentals.
• Fluency in AI workflows, data tools, and modern tooling to scale finance operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
