What you will do

• Lead high-impact integrated campaigns from concept to launch, owning scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Design and evolve scalable workflows to increase creative velocity without compromising quality.
• Build review and approval frameworks to improve clarity and decision-making across the organization.
• Manage intake and prioritization across Creative, Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing teams.
• Oversee external agencies, production partners, and vendors from pitch through final delivery.
• Identify and eliminate systemic inefficiencies to strengthen the production organization after every campaign.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in creative production, campaign operations, or integrated marketing.
• Deep fluency in end-to-end creative workflows for film, video, photography, motion, audio, and 3D.
• Proven ability to drive results as a highly accountable individual contributor.
• Strong operational rigor paired with genuine creative judgment.
• Expertise in Asana, Figma, and Google Workspaces.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude.
