What you will do

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful customer deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project implementation activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and set stakeholder expectations.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and implementation plans.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for training and relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience with grants administration, financial tracking, reporting, or capital budgeting.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
• Familiarity with government budgeting concepts and capital improvement planning.
• Proficiency with CRM and Professional Services tools.
